For this next series, we’re moving away from the Washington D.C. metro area and further into Virginia. We’ll be visiting the metro area of Richmond, another great historical American city. This series will focus on Chesterfield County just to the west of Richmond, and Midlothian will be our first stop. We’re sure you’ll enjoy everything this small suburb has to offer.
As in most other metro areas in the U.S. right now, there is a lot of new construction happening in and around Midlothian. So we’ve chosen three new construction communities to cover that we think best exemplify what you can expect to find in Midlothian. It just so happens, all three of the communities we’re visiting today are Ryan Homes developments.
Cambria Cove
Cambria Cove is located just a few minutes west of Route 288, on the edge of the Swift Creek Reservoir. This neighborhood was designed for the family that likes to get out in nature together on the weekends. With the reservoir right at your fingertips, there’s no lack of outdoor activities to keep you occupied.
This location is also extremely convenient for shopping and dining. Just minutes away from the neighborhood are grocery stores, shops, and plenty of entertainment options for the whole family. Choose from five single-family floor plans: Hudson, Ashford, Columbia, Seneca, and York. Models are available with up to six bedrooms and over 3,500 square feet of living space.
Bayhill Pointe
Just down the road from Cambria Cove is our next Ryan Homes community, Bayhill Pointe. If a little more privacy is what you’re after in a home, here it is. This neighborhood offers some of the largest and most private homesites around. The spacious interiors of these models also give an added sense of detachment from the noise of city life.
In the design center, buyers are able to customize the homes to their unique specifications, and the builder’s catalog of finishes is quite extensive. Choose from one of five beautiful floor plans: Ballenger, Columbia, Genoa, Hudson, and Lehigh.
River’s Edge at Tarrington
River’s Edge at Tarrington is the third and final neighborhood on our tour of Midlothian. Nestled in the sought-after Robious Road Corridor of metro Richmond, this neighborhood is for anyone who enjoys the convenience of living close to the city without breaking the bank.
Featuring Ryan Homes’ Premier series of floor plans, River’s Edge at Tarrington offers buyers the peace and quiet of nature with the convenience of city living. Enjoy large private lots along beautiful tree-lined streets just minutes from Richmond. This is another neighborhood that has so much to offer and these new construction homes are sure to fly. Thanks for joining us on our first tour of Chesterfield County, Virginia. Midlothian is a great please to visit and an even better place to call home. Get out and visit these new construction neighborhoods when you have a chance. We’re sure you won’t be disappointed.
