Choose from four-floor plans in this section: Holland, Hermann, Hartigan, and Hersch, with Hersch offering the most square footage.
The Villages
In The Villages, you really start to feel the added space. Homes in this section start at nearly 1,000 square feet more than those in The Parker group. The soaring 10-foot ceilings and over-sized master suites create a spacious, open feel. Choose from four-floor plans in this section as well: Fincastle, Reynard, Burnley, and Ingleside.
The Carolinas
The first thing you’ll notice about the models in The Carolinas is the option to add a multigenerational expansion. We really think this is a fantastic option Toll Brothers is giving buyers. So often now we see families who need extra space for the older generation to move in and very rarely does a builder take this into consideration. The other great thing about this section is the 1/3-acre lots. Each home has a much larger lot than the first two sections. Choose from the Annefield, Polk, or Ahrens models.
The Estates
Last—but certainly not least—on our tour of Lenah Mill is The Estates section. If you couldn’t already tell from the name, this is where the most expansive homes in the neighborhood can be found. The Estates offers floor plans ranging to nearly 5,000 square feet with large, ultra-private lots. Each of these homes comes with the finest in finishes and fixtures. If your family does a lot of entertaining, The Estates are perfect for you. Choose from the Vienna, Reston, Rosslyn, or Palisades floor plans.
