Located in the western-most portion of Fairfax County and bordering both the Potomac River and Loudon County, Great Falls has plenty to boast about. Thousands of people flock to this modest yet lively Washington, D.C. suburb each year to take in its many parks and various attractions.
For those looking to settle down in Great Falls, this community has even more to offer. The community center in town offers year-round attractions, and the schools are some of the highest-rated in Virginia. Another draw of Great Falls is its proximity to the I-495 (Capital Beltway), which makes commuting into the city a breeze. With all of this to offer, it’s no wonder new construction homes in Great Falls are in high demand.
The three neighborhoods we’ll cover today are extremely exclusive and have only a handful of homesites available. Each one has its own unique characteristics that set it apart from the competition. First on the list is Meadows at Great Falls.
Meadows at Great Falls
Conveniently located near Reston Town Center, Dulles Airport, and Tysons Corner, Meadows at Great Falls offers buyers the opportunity to purchase a true American classic home with loads of luxury components. CarrHomes is known for creating the iconic traditional style displayed here in these models. The homes feature brick front and sides, all come with a three-car garage, and range from 5,300-10,000 square feet. The expansive living rooms, high ceilings, and luxurious master suites will blow you away. The grand entry with a double staircase in the Clifton model is one of the most impressive features we’ve seen in a model home.
Summer Creek
When we think Great Falls, we think exclusivity. Summer Creek by Gulick Group pretty much sums that up. First off, there are only nine homesites available. So, if you want one of these you’ll need to act fast. Beyond that the homes are completely bespoke and designed to fit the buyer’s specific needs.
Each large lot backs up to mature trees and offers loads of privacy for the occupants. The floor plans for this neighborhood, just like the one before, are quite large. Models range up to 9,500 square feet with up to six bedrooms and private verandas of the master suites. Go check out the few remaining homesites.
Line K at Thompson’s Grant
This last community is a little different than the first two at least in home design. While Summer Creek and Meadows at Great Falls feature traditional American homes, this last community has a distinctly contemporary theme. K. Hovnanian brings modern European flair to Line K at Thompson’s Grant with the world-renowned influence of Studio Piet Boon. The architectural style featured at Line K at Thompson’s Grant is simply gorgeous. It isn’t every day that you find such a unique design at such a competitive price. There are currently two-floor plans to choose from, but we’re certain the homesites here will not last very long. If you’re looking to purchase new construction in Great Falls, lucky you. There are so many options to choose from, and each of the builders mentioned here has fantastic products to offer.
