Welcome to the third installment of our series covering the best places to purchase a new construction home in Prince William County, Virginia. For this installment we’re touring two communities in Nokesville. If you’re looking to get away from it all and truly unwind, Nokesville has you covered. Whether you’re planning to work from home in this quiet town or commute into the city during the week, Nokesville offers the best of both worlds.
Several of the larger metro-area builders have started developing in Nokesville because of its small-town appeal and close proximity to the Washington D.C. area, and many of these neighborhoods have sold out of homes very quickly. In this article, we’ll be focusing on two communities that still have new homes available, but we imagine you’ll need to schedule a tour quickly in order to reserve a lot. The first neighborhood we’ll be visiting is Carriage Ford by Ryan Homes.
Carriage Ford
A benefit of purchasing a new home in Nokesville is all the extra space available both in and outside. Carriage Ford by Ryan Homes is a great example of this. Featuring large homesites and floor plans with up to 5,500+ square feet of living space, there’s plenty of room to stretch your legs and relax in this community.
These classics, yet modern, homes feature stainless steel appliances and the latest in finish and fixture trends. Choose from three unique floor plans: York, Winterbrook, and Versailles. The smallest of the three is Winterbrook, at 3,622+ square feet, a great option for those wishing to downsize. This community has a lot to offer. Our next Nokesville community is equally as impressive.
Alexander Lakes
History buffs and wine connoisseurs will love this neighborhood. K. Hovnanian Homes present Alexander Lakes. Effingham Manor and Winery, and one of the oldest grand terraced gardens in Virginia sits at the community entrance. The winery offers weekly tours and wine tastings.
The design features of the homes offered in Alexander Lakes are a step above. Some of those features include two-piece crown molding, gourmet kitchens, and designer birch vanities with cultured marble tops in the bathrooms. Understandably with features such as these and the amenities available in this community, homes here sell for premium prices. Choose from six distinctive floor plans ranging in size up to 5,000 square feet. This neighborhood is definitely worth a visit.
Nokesville may be a small
community, but it has a lot to offer residents and continues to attract new
home buyers. Before you make a final decision on your next home, we suggest you
tour the two communities mentioned in this article. Finding a quiet and
peaceful community to call home can be tough in the metro area. But, we think
you might find exactly what you’re looking for in Nokesville.
