Just down the road in Magnolia, Delaware, sits the next community on our list. You’re in for a treat at Chestnut Ridge, especially if you aren’t familiar with K Hovnanian Homes. This luxury-grade builder makes the finer things in life more easily accessible to the middle class. Chestnut Ridge is a prime example. With 9-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, and bonus recreation rooms, you’d expect a hefty price tag, but you’ll be pleasantly surprised—homes in this neighborhood start in the mid $200,000s. You’ll need to get over to see them quickly. Just like all the other communities nearby, we’re sure these will go fast.
Providence Crossing
For the last stop on our tour of Kent County, Delaware, we’re back to Smyrna and another Ryan Homes community. Just as with Hickory Hollow, the homes in Providence Crossing have also sold out. It’s really no wonder. The beauty and openness of this neighborhood is truly unparalleled.
