There are three models to choose from in this collection: Tradition, Bowan, and Merrick. Tradition, the smallest of these floor plans, starts at over 2,700 square feet. Just like in The Potomac Collection, all of these models have the master-on-main, however, the master baths in The Middleburg Collection models are just a little more luxurious.
Some added available features in this section are Roman soaking tubs, double walk-in closets, and disappearing living room walls that open onto the covered patio.
