The Trotters Glen community in Olney is a Toll Brothers development of large executive single-family detached homes that are fully customizable. Toll Brothers always does a great job, and this neighborhood is no exception.
Duncan
As we mentioned, these spacious homes are fully customizable and offer a wide range of floorplan modifications. All of the homes, including Duncan, give you the option to add a “multi-generational” guest suite on the main level.
Duncan is the least pricey of the available floorplans, but that’s not to say this model is lacking in any way. Some of the highlights of this home include a two-story foyer, two-story expansive family room, three-car garage, up to six bedrooms, and a minimum of 3,500 square feet of living space.
