New luxury homes are now available in the Dominion Valley Country Club. Toll Brothers, a highly rated luxury homes builder, is offering seemingly endless floor plan and layout options in this resort-style community located in Haymarket, Virginia, in the heart of Prince William County, just an hour outside of downtown Washington, D.C.
The new construction homes in this community are divided into tiers based on size, finishes, and lot area. Originally, the home sites were separated into three sections: Villas (lowest priced), Executives (right in the middle) and Estates (highest priced). Executives
There are four outstanding and unique floor plans available in the Executives section of Dominion Valley Country Club. In order, based on base price and size, they are the Vienna, Rosslyn, Reston, and Palisades.
At just over 3,700 square feet the Vienna is the smallest of these but is the only one to offer a master-on-main and a gorgeous two-story foyer.
The Palisades is the largest floor plan at around 4,700 square feet with the option of including up to seven bedrooms.
All four-floor plans offer current finishes and features with the modern homebuyer in mind—elegant, oversized crown molding; 12”x12” ceramic bathroom tile; and spacious granite countertops. Estates
The Estates section of Dominion Valley Country Club offers lots of up to one acre, wooded homesites, three-car side-load garages, and flexible floor plans, giving you the opportunity to build your ultimate dream home.
There are three-floor plans currently available—the Harding, Raphael, and Hollister. All are gorgeous and allow for an incredible amount of flexibility in design.
The Raphael, at 3,995 square feet, is your master-on-main option, which also comes equipped with a spacious, two-story family room.
If you’re looking for more room, you’ll want to choose the 5,500 square foot Hollister model which boasts a gourmet, sunlit kitchen and convenient second rear staircase.
